Oh Heroine How I Love You! (2018-2019)

I collaborated with principal artists, Callie Nestleroth and Sara Page, on the sound design for Oh Heroine How I Love You! Using a fusion of Sara's music and original sounds, I created a soundscape to compliment the themes within the production, notably the Yorkshire nature sounds. Most recently, the production made its international debut in New York at the Jefferson Market Library in September 2019.

The show also toured to various Camden libraries in 2018:

  •  April 13th - Holborn Library

  • May 25th - Swiss Cottage Library

  • June 1st - Kentish Town Library

Reviews:

“On this night in Holborn Library, Cathy, played with unbounded dexterity by Page, floats down from the upper levels on a waft of piano, birdsong, and the gentle hum of cars. The sounds we are hearing as we wait and flick through copies of the Bronte’s works, which have been beautifully and lovingly modified with illustrations and miniature folded paper artworks, were recorded in Bronte country itself. These sounds are just the beginning of the immersive experience that unfolds…”
